Rule 13
Extendable
In the case of not being able to submit proof of export or sale or foreign exchange earnings within the period as per sub-rules (2), (5) and (6) of rule 12, if the concerned person applies to extend the deadline with reasons, and if such reason is reasonable, the head of the customs office shall, for a maximum period of six months. The deadline can be extended.
